Now I like to buy stocks that pay dividends. I like knowing that if I don’t put no more money into a stock, that it can still grow. If you set to reinvest the dividends that is. Reinvesting the dividends will buy more shares of the stock. So your shares of stock can keep growing, with the stocks that pay dividends. I know that after a 2 for 1 stock split, or any other stock splits, you can grow your stocks that way too. It just takes too long for them stock splits to occur, so I like the way dividends makes your shares go up faster.

Now all stocks pay out their dividends differently. Most will companies are set on a quarter basis, and you will get a dividend every 3 months. Some will pay annually or bi-annually, and typically these divdends are a little bit higher than the companies that pay them out quarterly. Then you have the rare breeds that will pay you a dividend monthly. So someone wanting to see their shares grow, could invest in monthly divdend paying stocks. Now just because a stock is currently paying their dividends monthly, does not mean they will always pay them monthly. Nor does it mean it’s a good company. That might be the most important thing.

I’m simply stating that they pay dividends monthly, and you will see your shares grow real quick with these companies. I can’t guarantee value or share price will increase, just your shares is all.
