Theme Park Vacations in Florida
It’s strange to think about families planning a trip to a park for a vacation. I don’t think there is any other state in the United States that works like the Sunshine State does. Florida has that unique ability to attract families living within the borders of their state and outside their borders to visit their parks for a week long vacation. I guess these aren’t the typical parks and these are very well-designed theme parks. You may see another state with a theme park that is as good as any in Florida, but how many can match up to the number of theme parks Florida can provide? This is why so many families plan orlando vacations each year. The number of theme parks in central Florida is more than any other state could offer. When a family chooses Mickey Mouse as their travel destination, they also are making plans to be real close to the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida and Daytona Beach is just an hour’s drive to the east. If you don’t like the ocean on the east side of Florida; then a short drive to the west will put you on the Gulf of Mexico. If you’re talking about vacation capitals of the world, it would be hard to beat Orlando, Florida for the beaches nearby, the attractions, and of course the famous theme parks in Orlando. It really is the perfect place for kids, but there is enough adult entertainment to plan a Orlando vacation without the kids.
