70 Percent Water

I think it is about 70 percent of the Earth’s surface is covered by water and the rest is land. So you would think that we would be on water more than land? Since our survival under water isn’t great, we as humans tend to spend more of our time on land than water. I would like to get on the water more and get the fishing boat out on the lake more or take one of those caribbean cruises. Is there anyway to enjoy the water more than by taking a cruise?

If you don’t swim then you probably have some fears about being on the water. I know those big cruise ships seem like a hotel and you wouldn’t feel like you was really on the water. So for anyone that is scared of the water, I think a cruise to the Bahamas or Jamaica would be fine, because you wouldn’t have to worry about one of those big ships sinking. Even if something started to happen, there would be time for rescue boats or the Coast Guard to pick you up before you even got wet. I think we as humans owe it to ourselves to spend more time on the water. Its nature that made our world the way it is today and we should enjoy more of what nature has put for us here, than trying to artificially create our surroundings. Take some time today and enjoy the nature around you, and try to make it out to a lake or the ocean and take in the beauty of a big body of water just sitting there.
