Two Computers?

I only own one computer and I have thought about getting a 2nd one. I do a lot of things online and it’s very important that I have access to my online things. I’m not good with computers and if I have problems with my computer now, I have to take it to someone that knows how to fix it. Now this can take a couple of days sometime and it really causes a lot of problems on my end, when I don’t have access to a computer on a daily basis.

I’m not sure if I want another desktop computer or if I might go with a laptop for my 2nd computer. I think having a computer I could take around with me would help out a lot. I’m sure that a laptop would help meet those needs. I really don’t have the room to set up another desktop computer, so if I got a new desktop computer, it would probably just stay in the box until I was ready to use it. I do need to have an emergency back up computer, I’m just not sure if I’m willing to pay the price for a nice one, or just find the cheapest one available. I don’t think I would get a used computer, because I would like to know that my back up computer would be brand new and would last me a long time. I have friends that have 2 computers or more in their households and it’s easy to see all the benefits of owning two computers.
