I think the only real estate lesson that I have learned over the years, is that I should have bought more of it. I believe we all have a story that we can recall a certain piece of land that cost so and so dollars and is now worth a lot more. It seems to be a cycle that never ends. Real estate just continues to go up all the time and the more stores and malls that get built around it, make it just that much more attractive to buyers. I wish I had started a real estate franchise or something like that, so I could have took advantage of all the growth over the past few years. While I sit here today and feel like I have missed out on something, it will probably hold true for tomorrow too. I think land is just going to continue to go up over the years, as our planet becomes more overcrowded. Now is a better time to take advantage of the real estate industry as opposed to tomorrow. Next week will be better than tomorrow and so on. So if you’re a little undecided on which direction you would like to make a career choice in, my vote would be for real estate. So many people have made huge bucks on the real estate market and I don’t expect that trend to slow down anytime soon.
