I’m starting to see some major tourist places beefing up the promotions and lowering prices that you normally wouldn’t see. I’m not sure if this is because of the current economical situations or just an attempt to get families to plan the upcoming holidays to their cities. If these vacation packages get too much lower, I think many will start grabbing up these Vegas vacations at these discounted prices. These big tourist destinations are always ahead of the game and they know how to target families for all occasions. I think Las Vegas will continue business as usual for the remainder of this year and travelers are gong to be treated to some really cheap vacation packages. See if you can find one for your family now and try to lock in on the low rates before they go back up!

I love to watch the movies where they start in America and travel down to Mexico for some reason or another. I think it would be fun to go to Mexico and I would like to be able to do that one day. I would prefer to just drive from Georgia to Mexico and go through the border in Texas somewhere. I’m not sure if you need a passport or not to go to Mexico, so I would need a passport if that’s the case. I wouldn’t worry about the food, because I do like eating Mexican food and I would certainly want to eat at a few restaurants in Mexico. I always hear about things being cheaper in Mexico, so my trip would consist of a lot of shopping. I think it would be fun to take a lot of money down there and buy up a bunch of things. I guess clothes would be the main thing, but I would be more out to shop for bargains than any particular item. I think someone told me that 1 American dollar is like 6 in Mexico, so I guess that means you could go to McDonalds and get a Big Mac extra value meal for 1 dollar and would even get change back. I could live with those rates and I might be able to actually afford to live in Mexico better than I could in this country. If you have traveled to Mexico before from the States, please let me know if I need a passport or not and also give me any helpful tips or suggestions for places to eat, things to do or a town I should visit in Mexico from the Texan border.

Today we have better knowledge on weather patterns and things that can happen over the open waters of the ocean. I think this helps us a lot to understand a lot of the Bermuda Triangle mysteries that have happen over the years. I’m still not convinced we know everything and don’t have plans to go through the triangle soon, but I wouldn’t let it stop me from staying in one of the St. Martin villa rentals either that are located in the Caribbean. No matter what science comes up with, I think a lot of folks will let the Triangle continue to be a mystery to man. I think our advancing sciences and technology often leave us with answers we don’t want. I think having a mystery in the Bermuda Triangle area is good and so is Bigfoot. It’s a way for us to escape reality sometimes and gives us hope that there is something beyond our control that exists out there today. If you have never seen the movie about the Bermuda Triangle, I do recommend watching it. It shows a lot of interesting stories that have occurred there and you can learn a lot about the mysteries of the Triangle that we still refer to as the Bermuda Triangle. The maps of today does not recognize the Triangle as existing, so there is no true points that make up the triangle, but you can find consistent sources that state the same area in the Atlantic Ocean.

I am lucky to have lived in the same house for about 30 years now and haven’t had to deal with moving to a new home. I have had  moving boxes that were big enough to put a car into.

Land on the moon is for sale and now you can buy a piece. It’s true, you can buy land by the acre on the moon and it’s all yours to keep. This is a great idea and does make a great gift to give someone during holidays. I always wanted to win the lottery so I could give out nice gifts for birthdays and Christmas, but buying land on the moon isn’t that expensive. You might not be able to afford an acre of land here on Earth, but the rates on the moon are much cheaper! I guess Bill Gates could buy the moon if he wanted to, but you don’t have to be that rich to buy 1 acre of moon property. Go check out the rates that are very cheap and I’m sure there is someone special in your life that you would like to buy land on the moon for. Property is now for sale on the moon and you better hurry because space is limited!

Taking a long trip or going on summer vacation can take a lot more time to plan and get there, than the actual time that we spend at our actual destination. We do a lot of thinking and preparing before we make a trip and we also take a lot of time getting to our desired destination. The time you spend going to your destination of choice can be half of the fun while you’re on vacation. I know we are all excited to hurry up and arrive on our trips, but the journey there is part of the experience and some of my best memories come from the traveling part of my trips. I know the place you stay in can be a lot of fun and nice memories come from the place that you are boarding at for the stay of your vacations. A nice hotel, motel or staying at one of the laughlin hotels can be a place that many memories will come from years down the road. It’s strange all of the times we can remember about being in our hotel rooms or the driving time we spent going on our vacations. You would think that we would remember the actual vacation part of the trip and the activities we did or had planned to do. After all, that was the whole reason for the trip or vacation in the first place, but it doesn’t always work out that way. I have random thoughts of vacations in the past and they all have to do with the long drive or time spent in our rooms on vacation. So remember that when you make your next trip and try to enjoy the long ride you have to endure or the memories you have from the hotel or motel rooms, because they will be the memories that you carry with you for the longest, when you reflect back on your trip years down the road.

Its summer time in Chicago right now and this means that many fans will be watching the Cubs and White Sox play baseball in the Windy City. Chicago is a big sports town and they love their Blackhawks, Bears and Bulls just the same. It would be hard to find any other city in America that had a more passionate sports town than Chicago. You can make a trip to Chicago any time of the year and chances are good that you will be able to catch a sporting event in the big metropolitan city.

Chicago is indeed a big city and they have a wide variety of businesses and services available for the public. They have a nice selection of restaurants in the city, scenic sites to see and you won’t miss the Sears Tower if you’re visiting the place where the wind never stops blowing. Some of the best attorneys in the country can be found in Chicago and residents have no problem searching for Chicago personal injury lawyers or any other types of attorneys they might need. I know a lot about the city of Chicago, but haven’t had a chance to see it in person yet. I think Al Capone help to put this area on the map more than 50 years ago and his name and Michael Jordan are famous in the city of Chicago. People visiting the sunshine state can find that Orlando is pretty much in the center of Florida and without a doubt is the center of attention for all the Florida attractions. Now is a good time to start planning your Orlando vacations for this summer. A lot of people will take their trips to Orlando in June and July. Those are great months to visit Orlando, but the fun is still there in the later months too. So if you want to take the family on a vacation in August, be sure you don’t forget all the fun things that Orlando offers. Disney World and Universal Studios are two great places to go and you will want to spend a full day at each place. You might not even have time in 1 day to do all the great things these parks offer and the other great theme parks in the area. A little time now searching out for deals and savings will go a long ways once you do arrive in central Florida on vacation. A trip that last for 3 days, 5 days or even a full 7 days will be packed with fun daily at all the great theme parks and attractions in Orlando. Don’t worry about buying groceries once you’re in Orlando either, because you and the family will find a ton of good restaurants to eat at in Orlando. If you haven’t decided on where to take the family at this year, keep Orlando and Mickey in mind and you won’t regret selecting Orlando for this year or any other year.

I have just got back from a family vacation where we traveled to Daytona Beach, Florida. We had a good time and I’m sure my family will return to Florida some day. There are many other places I would like to travel to in the U.S. too. I know Niagara Falls, Hawaii and Alaska would be 3 places in the United States I would like to see some day. It would also be nice to go visit the Statue of Liberty in New York City or pull some slots in Las Vegas. So I have other places I want to travel to in my life, plus a trip to all the popular European cities would be a dream of mine too. Going overseas on a vacation will take a lot of budgeting and planning on my part to make that dream come true.

Anytime you leave your own country to visit a foreign land, you never know what you might be entering. Countries have different laws and regulations and if your not careful, you could be breaking a law and not even know it. You also have to be aware of health issues and sometimes you could get sick by traveling to another country. You really would want to seek travel health insurance, so in case you did come down with something from another nation. There are strict rules on what you can and can’t bring into certain countries and many of these deal with the eco system and health related issues. You probably have enough problems in your own country to deal with and you certainly don’t want any new problems to arise if you visit a new country. So play it safe and do your research so you can have the best time possible on foreign soil.

I have never been to Australia, but do have online friends that live there. It seems lilke a great place to live and they really have some extreme weather conditions down there. The heat and rains can really last for weeks at certain times of the year and sometimes they have to deal with massive wild fires. The wild life is incredible in Oz and the late Steve Erwin brought the critters from Australia to the attention of many Americans and my self included.

I really think the New Zealand area is one of the prettiest places on Earth. I would like to visit New Zealand some day and see all the beauty it posses in person. I would like to visit Melbourne and Sydney and see some of the other major cities in Australia too. I believe it would be a good trip to make and very educational, but a trip to Australia would need to be planned for a 1 month stay or longer. I just don’t think a 1 week’s vacation to the place down under would be long enough to see all the great things Australia has to offer.

Safety should always be our first concern and it’s no different we plan the family vacation or go on a trip. We get travel insurance to help with our safety needs financially, but we should also look at our physical needs.

I like floating down the river. My local river here in Georiga is called the Etowah River and I have floated down it several times. I was about 18 years old when I did it for the first time and it was an interesting trip, seeing parts of a city that I have lived in my whole life, but never had seen before. Floating down the river is a great way to see new and interesting things. Just make sure you take plenty of beverages to drink and why not do a little fishing; when you decide to float down the river too.

I could only imagine what it would be like to float down the Mississippi River. I’m not sure exactly where it starts at, but I would love to float down the entire length of the Mighty Mississippi River. I know the journey would take me through several states and I bet there would be tons to see on the way to the Gulf of Mexico. If you have ever been on the Mississippi River; then please share your story with me. Even if it was a short trip or perhaps you was on one of those gambling boats that stay docked out in the river. Tell me your Mississippi River stories. I’m not sure the time it would take to make the journey, but I bet the speed on the Mississippi River would be a lot faster than the speed I was doing on the Etowah River in Cherokee County, Georgia. The distance would be much greater and I would probably need supplies that would last me for weeks. I doubt I could get all of my supplies on board at one time, so I would make a stop along the way to pick up new supplies. I think it would be an awesome trip and the reward at the end; knowing that you just floated the Mississippi River, would be something a lot of people couldn’t say. Floating down any river is a great way to get out and enjoy nature and if you haven’t never tried it before, you must do it this summer!

Getting some great  travel deals used to be a challenge before we got online. We would go to Allatoona Lake and camp at Sweetwater Beach, Old Macedonia or Stamp Creek for our spring breaks. Those were some good times we had and during our fun in the sun, we could go back to school and show off our sunburns while others were showing theirs off from the Florida sun. I’m sure there will be a lot of excited young people when the 2008 Spring Break Season finally gets here!

Hilton Head, South Carolina is one of the most beautiful places on the eastern half of the United States. It’s one of the barrier islands and at a lenth of 12 miles long, it is the 2nd largest barrier island on the east coast. The location and beauty are two big reasons why so many want to come and visit Hilton Head Island. Both of these things are fun to do and you can even get a little tasty treat for your efforts. There is nothing like eating crab or fresh fish from the ocean and Hilton Head offers both! I’m not sure there is that many areas around the country that says a vacation like Branson does! You can find Branson located in the southern section of Missouri and it makes it convenient driving distance for about half the country. Branson is just one of those great places to go on vacation and has even been referred to as “Family-friendly Las Vegas”. I guess this is due to the shows and attractions that are a lot like Las Vegas; they also have a lot of the neon lights like you see in Vegas.

I don’t mind a pizza done in Hawaiian style. You take Canadian Bacon (ham) and mix it with pineapples on a pizza. If you have never tried that before, it is pretty good. You might not think pineapples and hot pizza sauce would go good together, but it’s really pretty tasty. All of the popular pizza places usually have pineapple as a topping that you can get. I’m not sure which place I would want to go to more, if I was to take one of those cruises. I would enjoy the sun and fun in the Bahamas. Some of those cruise ships stop at certain islands and let you spend the day there shopping and just enjoying the local culture. Now a trip to Alaska would let your eyes see nature in a whole new way. Many parts of Alaska have been virtually untouched by man and the wilderness is so beautiful up there. The grizzly bears and watching the salmon swim upstream would be awesome to see. The temperatures in Alaska are cool or can be down right cold; while the Bahamas do offer warm temperatures year-round. I would actually like to go to both places and I think the best way would be on a cruise ship. These ships would let you enjoy all the beauty the Bahamas and Alaska has to offer; while letting you see different parts of the land in just a short amount of time.
