Land Investments Harder To Find

As the population continues to grow at a record pace on our planet we call Earth, it is getting harder to find land for investment purposes or just to live on. It’s amazing how much the real estate market has grown over the years. As the old saying goes “God isn’t make any new land“. I think that is so true and with the population boom we continue to see, there’s just too little land for all the people of our world.

I’m not sure what happens when we get to the point where humans need so much land, we can’t plant our crops or have for our cows to roam on. You know them cows are where the best hamburgers come from. Don’t think those that are made without using cows are just as good. We need our cows and fresh vegetables for the taste buds and I just don’t see how man will manage 88 to 95 years from now. That is right now the time frame, where each person in the world would have less than 1 acre for him or her to use. Now if you think if you lived by yourself on 1 acre that is plenty of room. Just remember, that’s for your crops and cows to roam on too.

It’s just not going to be working out too swiftly 100 years from now. I won’t be around to see that when it happens but I would hope that I didn’t do anything to cause to the destruction of the earth by over-populating the only planet we have to live on.

  1. you are worried about trends of over population..yes you are right, the world’s population has balloned to billions..and yes again, everyone is contributing for possible destruction/degradation. That’s scenario is unfortunate for us..isn’t it? However, on the lighter side, based on research, the world population has just covered less than 10% of the world total area..so, there nothing to worry(much). .we can still find land investment..it is just a matter of learning effective strategies on how to do that..

Nice post..hope to read another substanced articles from you in the next posts

  3. I know that 10 percent is a small number and we have so much more land we can develop for humans to live on. However, we need land for our trees to produce oxygen and help store the excess carbon dioxide in the air. We need land to grow all our fruits and vegetables on. We need land for our cattle to roam and survive on. So it’s more than just the 10 percent we are currently using. Humans might only take up a small portion of land on our planet, but we need many acres to live off of.
