I Need To Get In Shape

I keep saying I need to get in shape, but I never do it. It would help if I had some home gym equipment that I could work out on. I think my legs and stomach need the most work on them right now. That gut of mine needs to come off. I guess some sit-ups would be a great way to start there. The legs are something I need the gym equipment for and it helps to work the arms too. I do have a few weights around the house, but I think I need more of a cardiovascular workout right now. My endurance is really low right now. I can do the least little thing and I am out of breath and tired. It’s also easy for me to do a little physical activity right now and be sore for 2 or 3 days from it. So my body is screaming at me to get in better shape. I hope I can just bare down soon and start some type of exercise program. It wouldn’t hurt things either if I changed up my diet a bit, so I would be eating things that were better for me. I think diet and exercise is the two best things you can do for your body. Those exercises are not fun while you’re doing them, but it makes you feel better in the long run.
