ESPN’s Top Team Poll

ESPN did a poll and ask people to name their favorite sport’s team. You could pick any team from any sport. The NFL was the big winner in this poll as 6 of the top 8 teams was a football team from the National Football League.

The team that won this poll has the tag as “America’s Team” and it is none other than the Dallas Cowboys. From the dominant days of the 70’s, a legendary coach in Tom Landry, the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders, and all the great players that have played for Dallas, gave them top billing in this poll. So I guess it is true and this team really is America’s Team. Comming in 2nd on the poll was the sluggers from the Bronx in the New York Yankees who have won more titles that any team in any other sport.
