College Basketball Back In Session

I’m glad to see basketball season here and particularly the college guys. I love college basketball. My favorite two teams are the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and the Georgia Bulldogs. Your not suppose to be a fan of both of these teams, but I am. I just like rooting for my hometown teams and I have to root for them both. I think the Yellow Jackets will do better than the Bulldogs, but both programs are getting in good recruits and I would expect them both to be making the NCAA Tournament soon.  If you can have two teams in the field of 64, it makes March Madness so much better.

The college basketball tourney is set up better than any other tournament or playoff setting in any other sport. Even the pros don’t have anything on the NCAA guys when it comes to basketball. They do such a good job in placing teams from many different areas of the country and letting them battle it out on a neutral court. It’s really fair the way college basketball is done and no one is left complaining at the end of the year. Every team has the chance to show what they got and that’s not the case in college football. So the football in college really needs to look at the basketball tournament and try to come up with something better, than what they have now.
