Trying a diet pill or a product like Apidexin can help with the battle of losing weight. People that are severely overweight do need to start taking actions immediately to help them get down to a more manageable weight. It’s not good carrying around extra pounds and there are health concerns involved. The extra weight can really be hard on the heart to do it’s daily job and we all want a healthy heart. I don’t think some people realize the health problems associated with being overweight and more light does need to shine on this topic. We can’t take the extra weight off in a few days or just a few weeks. In most cases it took us years to put on the extra weight and it will take a long time to get rid of it. Doing nothing about your weight problems is the worse mistake you can make; anyone carrying a few extra pounds around or for those that have major weight problems; all need to start doing the little things to reduce the extra weight. More exercise and better eating habits is the two best ways to get on track. Using diet pills and other products can help achieve your goals faster, but it all comes back to diet and exercise!

The recent news of swine flu spreading across the globe is causing an economic impact. Its still not clear just how serious the swine flu scare is right now, but the markets around the word are feeling the concerns. The U.S. Stock Market may have a bad week if the virus continues to pop up all over the country. There are 5 states that have reported the swine flu in their states and this number is expected to rise. We could see this virus in more than half of the U.S. States before the week ends. These health concerns will keep the markets down here and will likely affect other countries too. Hopefully some good news will break soon about the new strain of flu virus that is going around right now, but everyone is just trying to get a grip on the situation right now.
No deaths in the United States or Canada have been reported. The same is not true in Mexico where people are losing their lives from the new swine flue virus going around. Mexico is reporting 103 cases as of right now and these numbers are sure to go up before the day is over today. These concerns have caused the EU (European Union) to take action and they are advising Europeans not to travel to the USA or Mexico right now. It’s these types of fears that will send shockwaves through the economy and perhaps the leaders in Europe are over reacting right now. This is something that the medical community is taking a serious look at and they are strong concerns over this new virus. It would appear the start of swine flu started in Mexico, but we may learn a new source in the future. It isn’t clear how many people are infected with this virus across the globe right now, but the economy isn’t going to be stable until more answers are given.

Economical hardships are everywhere right now and many folks find their self looking for a new job these days. It doesn’t have to be a bad thing and this is the time to think positive. You may find a new job that is closer to home, has better pay, and a job that you like performing better than your old or current job. Changing jobs can be a good thing and the only thing you need is a good job strategy. The folks from Lightship Research can help you with a new job strategy. They offer great tips, coaching, and tools to help you succeed with finding a new job.
I spent a month uploading my resume to job boards, filling out on-line job applications and sending resumes and cover letters to recruiters and I did not receive one call for an interview. None of them even have phone numbers. I have a house, two kids in college, three cars and I was burning, even being frugal, $15,000 a month. I felt like I was helpless and free falling. I lost my job as the President of a medium size consumer products company, when the parent sold my division to an Indian conglomerate. The strategist that I worked with Lightship Research http://www.lightshipresearch.com had me in direct discussions with the owners and principals of private equity firms within two weeks. It took 56 days until I was gainfully employed and 68 days until I received my first paycheck. I truly believe that if I hadn’t hired these guys I would still be looking for a job. In fact, I may hire them to be a research resource for my new firm. Thanks! J. Holt, CT

It’s amazing at all the things our computers pick up while surfing around on the Net. I know my computer has a lot of tracking cookies and spyware that slow it down a lot. I have to give my computer a good cleaning about every 2 days to keep it running fast. I know it’s getting tougher to keep up with all the latest security threats online today and I think we will always have spyware coming in on our computers. I may have something wrong with my external hard drive now and this may be my main problem. There are a few other things that might be going on with my computer too; that is slowing down my surfing online or the amount of time it takes for pages to load for me. If you have a slow computer right now or it’s slower than it normally is, you may have some spyware and other junk on your computer causing this. There are a few spyware removers you can download for free and this helps most people pick up speed again. If these things don’t increase your speed, you may have something else going on with your computers. What ever the reason may be, everyone should try to fix computer problems when they first start, so that you can avoid wasting time with a slow computer.

It appears the top banks in America are waiting the results of a “stress test” that recently went out. This test could show what banks are in trouble the most right now. The test results are still a couple of weeks away and not expected to be revealed until May 4th. This may cause some panic in the top banking sectors and consumers are expected to react to these tests involving stress.
I think all the large banks are a bad investment now and many should start doing business with their local banks. The top banks in America do need a correction in the books and this has been long over-due. Once these corrections are made we can see who the stronger banks are and which ones might be in trouble the most. I’m sure a lot will be making predictions for the next 2 weeks, but we aren’t going to know much until the stress tests are released on May 4th. Now is a great time to start looking at new banks to do business with and a lot of people will be changing their banking accounts in the coming months.

If you’re having a hard time in the current economical situation; then don’t feel bad, you’re not alone. I know a lot of people are struggling to make ends meet these days. I think this should be the year we all try to get out of debt. I realize that isn’t possible for all of us and the mortgage payments might be years away from getting paid off. We can focus on the smaller bills in our life. Taking care of those and knocking them out in 2009 will go a long ways next year when we can focus on our larger debts. We won’t have that good feeling next year if we don’t start taking care of things this year. I think we all need to start saving our nickels and dimes and doing whatever it takes to start knocking out some of those debts. In some cases it makes sense to pull out our credit cards to help consolidate our bills in that fashion. If we consolidate our bills in one area, it makes it easier for us to send off one payment a month, instead of several small ones. Bill consolidation is a great way to go and it sure does help to relieve the stress too. I feel your financial pains if you’re having them now, but it doesn’t get better until we start taking action and I think today and this year is the perfect time to start!

Have you ever been to North Carolina or South Carolina? Where did you visit and why? Did you have a good time and would like to go back? The Outer Banks is one such place that you such visit. If you live in one of these states, please let me know the number 1 recommendation you would give to a traveler visiting. I love the casino in Cherokee, North Carolina but this is real far from the beaches. The Carolinas do offer the beach and mountains for any tourist looking for either of these on their vacation.

What do you like on your hot dog?
*Catsup
*Mustard
*Slaw
*Chili
*Relish
*Onions
These are the most common things we top our dogs off with. I like a good beefy hotdog cooked on the grill. I don’t always have the time to cook them on the grill but a nice grilled dog is tasty. I can eat a grilled hotdog plain and no other items needed. If I was creating my perfect hotdog, I would like homemade chili, mustard, and onions on mine. I think this is the best combination for me. Does this sound like a hotdog you could eat too?
What are your favorite hotdog toppings? Is there any ingredient that most people put on their hotdogs but you never would? Let me know your favorite things to put on a hotdog and any special tips for adding a new topping to hotdogs. This is the easiest food to cook while camping and if you go camping, you can’t forget to bring the hotdogs and hotdog buns!

Many people will treat their pets as their own family and purchse pet supplies that normally others would think is quite silly. Most of the supplies can be bought through your local store or online

I have a big weekend planned and I hope nothing happens. I’m excited to see the NBA playoffs start and another weekend of MLB baseball. I plan to stay at home and watch sports all weekend. I also have a lot of work I need to do on the computer, so I hope I don’t have any power outages. The weather is very nice here right now and no bad weather is expected for this weekend. We may get some rain on Sunday, but hopefully that won’t last long.
I just like to worry a lot and hope nothing goes wrong like a power outage. I have back ups to everything in case something does break down this weekend. I even have a good supply of Sylvania light bulbs to make sure I can replace any blown bulbs. I am now just waiting for the pizza man to deliver the goodies and I ordered enough pizza to last for the weekend. I have everything I need for a great and relaxing weekend; just as long as the power stays on!

Hannah is having her way at the box office and her new movie is number 1. Hannah Montana is really Miley Cyrus, but they are both very popular and both create two unique characters in the entertainment world. I think it’s a lot like Sylvester Stallone playing Rocky and Rambo and most people see them as 2 people. Cyrus and Montana are certainly worth the price of admission according to movie goers this past weekend. The new movie brought in major bucks and this may last for a couple of more weeks.
We may see a new leader emerge when the new Star Trek movie makes it’s debut on May 8th. I think a lot will go see this movie in it’s first weekend and I expect it to be number 1 in theaters nationwide.
There are a lot of good movies playing right now, so Hannah Montana going number 1 at the box office is a strong sign for this new movie. I think it can hold the top spot for the next few weeks and no movie is likely to push this one down. Things may change on May 8th when Hannah starts to loose some of her luster and all the Star Trek Fans fill up the seats at theaters. I will be surprised if Star Trek isn’t number 1; the same way I would have been surprised if Miley Cyrus’s new movie didn’t take top honors in it’s first weekend.

It seems we still don’t have enough cell towers out there to keep people from losing signals. This can be a big problem for those that drive and talk on their cell phones. If we had more cell phone towers, it would allow a better stream of communication. I have seen some companies willing to pay property owners for allowing them to put up a cell tower on their property. Anyone that owns a large chunk of land might want to consider getting a cell phone tower on their property. Getting paid money just to host one of these huge towers would make up for any eye soars that it causes. If we can get more cell towers put up; then we could stop losing signals so much on our cell phone conversations.

I know a lot of worried investors are asking these 2 questions these days and there doesn’t seem to be any hope in sight. A booming economy in not in the forecast for the stock market right now and probably won’t be for the remainder of the year. If you take your money out now, you will guarantee your self a lost on your investment. The best thing for investors to do now is stay patient. You don’t want to invest any new money in the stock market right now and it’s just too risky. Just sit on the investments you currently have and ride out the storm.
Most of us knew a new president wasn’t going to change much. These financial problems have nothing to do with the Bush or Obama administrations. These problems have been caused by the big banks and the problems they are having to deal with right now. Regions Bank and Wachovia Bank is not a good place to have your money right now. The big banks are very fragile and I would suggest closing these accounts. It may not be easy to open up a new checking or savings account, but you’re better off with a small local bank right now.
The big gas company Chevron is in trouble and not many people know this yet. The guys from Chevron are on the brink of a financial crisis and they are the only big oil company I am aware of that is having problems right now. Investors should sell shares of Chevron and take their losses here. Chevron could fold before the 2009 year is finish and massive layoffs will probably be coming soon to the employees of Chevron.
If the government will stop bailing out the big companies, we can get back to normal sooner. As long as poor companies like Chevron and Wachovia Bank continue to operate and get money from the government, it only slows down the process. Let the big companies take their hits and new companies will emerge as the ones with solid fundamentals for providing a quality service or product in the 21st century.
